Irina Vyacheslavovna Murakhtaeva (Russian: Ирина Вячеславовна Мурахтаева), known to many as Irina Slavina, was a journalist from Russia. She was born on January 8, 1973, in a city then called Gorky, which is now known as Nizhny Novgorod. Irina was married and had a daughter.
Irina Slavina was the founder and editor-in-chief of an online news website called Koza.Press. She started this website in 2015. As an editor-in-chief, she was in charge of what news stories were published and how they were presented to readers.
Irina Slavina passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 47.
