Early Career and Junior Teams
Isaac Gordon was born in a town called Brewarrina, New South Wales, in Australia. When he was younger, he played rugby league for several local teams. These teams included the Brewarrina Goo-Gars, the Waratah Mayfield Cheetahs, and the Cessnock Goannas.
Playing for the North Sydney Bears
Before joining the NRL, Isaac played for the North Sydney Bears. He was part of their team in the NSW Cup during 2007 and 2008. The NSW Cup is a competition for teams just below the main NRL level. He played 14 games for the Bears. After his time there, he was signed by the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.
NRL Debut with the Sharks
Isaac Gordon made his big debut in the National Rugby League (NRL) in 2010. His first game was in Round 1 of the 2010 NRL season for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks.
