Isaiah Michael Blackmon, born on March 8, 1996, is an American former basketball player. He played college basketball for the Saint Francis Red Flash team. Later, he played professionally for Beşiktaş in Turkey's Basketball Super League.

Isaiah Blackmon's Early Life
Isaiah grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He went to West Charlotte High School. In his final year, he scored about 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds per game. Even though some colleges were interested, only Saint Francis University offered him a scholarship. He decided to play college basketball there.
College Basketball Journey
Isaiah Blackmon started his college career at Saint Francis University. As a freshman, he was a key player, averaging 9.7 points per game. However, he missed the end of the season due to a knee injury.
Becoming a Starter
In his second year, Isaiah became the team's starting shooting guard. He averaged 13.7 points per game. He was even named to the third-team All-Northeast Conference.
Overcoming Injuries
During his junior year, Isaiah faced another knee injury. This meant he had to take a "medical redshirt" year. He was averaging 14.3 points per game before his injury. He returned strong as a redshirt junior, scoring 12.2 points per game.
Top College Player
On February 18, 2020, Isaiah had an amazing game. He scored a career-high 30 points against Robert Morris. He also had seven rebounds and four steals. As a redshirt senior, Isaiah was named the Northeast Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Year. This is a huge award for a college player! He averaged 18.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 1.7 steals that season. He shot 45% from the field and 41% from three-point range.
Professional Basketball Career
After his successful college career, Isaiah Blackmon signed with a professional team. On July 3, 2020, he joined Beşiktaş. This team plays in the Turkish Basketball Super League (BSL).
