Isobel of Huntingdon (1199–1251) was an important Scottish noblewoman. She was also known as Isobel the Scot. Isobel was the younger daughter of David of Scotland, 8th Earl of Huntingdon. Her grandfather was David I of Scotland, a famous Scottish king. Her mother was Matilda of Chester.

Isobel married Robert Bruce. Through her, her family later claimed the Scottish throne. Her great-grandson, Robert Bruce, became King of Scotland. Isobel's son, Robert Bruce, 5th Lord of Annandale, was a very important person. He was a regent (someone who rules when the king is too young or absent). He was also seen as a possible future king of Scotland.

Isobel lived longer than her husband, Robert, who died in 1232. She did not marry again after his death. Isobel herself passed away in 1251. She was buried at Sawtry Abbey in England. Her husband and father were also buried there.
