Jack 'Boss' Marshall (May 11, 1893 – May 11, 1961) was an important baseball player. He was a pitcher and manager in the Negro Leagues. These leagues were formed before the first Negro National League began.
Marshall started his professional baseball career in 1917. He was 24 years old at the time. His first team was the Tennessee Rats.
