Jacksonport is a small town in Door County, Wisconsin, USA. In 2000, about 738 people lived there. You can also find the smaller communities of Jacksonport and West Jacksonport within the town. Part of Clark Lake is also in Jacksonport.

Long ago, the area where Jacksonport is now was home to a Potawatomi village. They called it Medemoya-Seebe, which means "old woman's creek."

In the northwest part of Jacksonport, you'll find Lost Lake. This lake is open to the public. However, you can only reach it by going through Logan Creek.
