Jacques Dufilho (born February 19, 1914 – died August 28, 2005) was a well-known French actor. He was born in Bègles, a town in France, and he passed away in Ponsampère. He was famous for his unique acting style and appeared in many movies throughout his long career.

Jacques Dufilho had a very busy and successful acting career. He acted in 65 French movies! He also appeared in many films made in Italy.

He was a highly respected actor. He even won two special awards called the César Award for Best Supporting Actor. This award is like the French version of the Oscars, given to the best actors in French cinema. He received his first César in 1978 for his role in the movie Le Crabe-tambour. He won another one in 1980 for his part in Un mauvais fils. These awards showed how talented he was.
