Jaime Humberto Hermosillo facts for kids
Jaime Humberto Hermosillo Delgado (born 22 January 1942 – died 13 January 2020) was a well-known Mexican movie director and writer. He was born in Aguascalientes City, Mexico. He helped create many important films during his career.
Hermosillo worked with the famous writer Gabriel García Márquez on two movies. These were Mary My Dearest in 1979 and The Summer of Miss Forbes in 1988. His movie Homework was very successful in 1991. It was shown at the 17th Moscow International Film Festival. There, it received a special award called a Special Mention.
Jaime Humberto Hermosillo passed away on 13 January 2020. He died in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, when he was 77 years old.
