Janvier 194 is a special area of land called an Indian reserve. It belongs to the Chipewyan Prairie First Nation, an Indigenous group in Canada. This reserve is located in the province of Alberta.
It is completely surrounded by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. Janvier 194 is about 97 kilometers (60 miles) southwest of a larger city called Fort McMurray.
