His College Football Journey
Jarell Carter played college football for the Trinity International Trojans. During his time there, he was a very active player. He made 156 tackles, which means he stopped the opposing team's players many times.
He was also excellent at defending passes. Jarell recorded 30 interceptions, catching the ball from the other team's quarterback. He also broke up 28 passes, stopping them from being completed.
Playing in the NFL
After college, Jarell hoped to play in the National Football League (NFL). He was not chosen in the NFL Draft, which means teams did not pick him right away. However, he still got a chance to show his skills.
Arizona Cardinals
Jarell signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent on July 31, 2017. This means he joined the team even though he wasn't drafted. He was later waived by the Cardinals, which means they released him from the team.
