Jean-Paul Étienne Dreyfus, better known as Jean-Paul Le Chanois, was a talented French film director, screenwriter, and actor. He was born in Paris, France, on October 25, 1909. He passed away in the same city on July 8, 1985. Jean-Paul Le Chanois worked in the film industry for many years, from 1932 to 1976.
One of his most famous films was ...Sans laisser d'adresse, which means Without Leaving an Address. This movie won a special award called the Golden Bear for comedies. He received this award at the very first 1st Berlin International Film Festival, which was a big achievement!
