Jean II de Brouchoven (born October 9, 1644, died May 21, 1725) was an important politician from Flanders, which is a region in modern-day Belgium. He was also known as the 2nd Count of Bergeyck and later became the Baron of Leefdael.

Jean II de Brouchoven was born on October 9, 1644. His father was Jean-Baptiste de Brouchoven, who was the 1st Count of Bergeyck. His mother was Helena Fourment, the Countess of Bergeyck. Jean also had a younger brother named Hyacinthe-Marie de Brouchoven. His brother later became the president of a very important group called the Great Council. Jean II de Brouchoven married a woman named Livina Marie de Beer-Meulebeke. Together, they had a son named Nicholas de Brouchoven, who later became the 3rd Count of Bergeyck.
