Jeff's Professional Basketball Journey
Jeff Xavier started his professional basketball career in 2009. His first team was Leche Río Breogán, which plays in the LEB Oro league in Spain. This league is one of the top basketball leagues in Spain, just below the main one.
In the next season, 2010–2011, Jeff moved to another team in the same league, Cáceres 2016. He then signed with his third LEB Oro team, Palencia Baloncesto, in 2011. This shows he was a valued player, moving between different teams in the league.
Over the years, Jeff has played for many different teams. These include Atapuerca Burgos, Ford Burgos, medi Bayreuth in Germany, and FC Porto in Portugal. He also played for UJAP Quimper 29 in France and Básquet Coruña back in Spain. Since 2020, he has been playing for Cáceres again.

Jeff Xavier is a very important member of the Cape Verde national basketball team. He has represented his country in big international competitions.
