Jeff Xavier's Basketball Journey
Starting His Pro Career
After college, Jeff Xavier began his professional basketball journey in 2009. He first joined the Leche Río Breogán team in Spain's LEB Oro league for the 2009–2010 season. The LEB Oro is a professional basketball league in Spain.
The very next season, he moved to another team in the same league, Cáceres 2016. In 2011, Jeff signed with Palencia Baloncesto, making it his third LEB Oro team in just three years. This showed how much different teams wanted him.
Playing for His Country
Jeff Xavier is an important member of the Cape Verde national basketball team. He has represented his country in major tournaments. For example, he played with the team during the qualifying games for the AfroBasket 2021 tournament. This is a big basketball competition for African nations.
