Jamenea "Jem" Ferrer is a talented Filipino volleyball player. She is known for being an amazing setter, which is a key position in volleyball. Jem was a three-time "Best Setter" award winner while playing for the Ateneo Lady Eagles university team. She was also part of a famous group of players called the "Fab 5," along with Dzi Gervacio, Fille Cainglet–Cayetano, Gretchen Ho, and A Nacachi.

Her Amazing Career
Jem Ferrer showed her skills early in her career. She won the "Best Setter" award three times in the UAAP (University Athletic Association of the Philippines). These wins were in the 2009-2010, 2010-2011, and 2012-2013 seasons.
In 2011, Jem was named the "Finals Most Valuable Player" in the Shakey's V-League. This award recognized her as the best player in the championship games. She helped her team win the league title that year.
Jem started her professional volleyball journey in the Philippine Super Liga. She was chosen as the fifth player overall in the draft for the PLDT Home TVolution Power Attackers. She also played for a related team, the PLDT Home Telpad Turbo Boosters.
