In 2013, Jennifer Esposito opened Jennifer's Way Bakery in Manhattan. This bakery only serves food that is safe for people with celiac disease, meaning it is gluten-free. In 2014, she joined the NBC series Taxi Brooklyn.
On April 22, 2014, her first book, Jennifer's Way, was published. The book shares her personal journey and struggles with celiac disease before and after her diagnosis. It also talks about what she did to manage her health. The book became a The New York Times Best Seller on July 6, 2014.
In 2015, Esposito played Calista Raines in the ABC drama series Mistresses. She also became a brand ambassador for Eclair Naturals, a gluten-free and vegan body and skin care line.

Jennifer Esposito has been married several times. She married actor Bradley Cooper on December 30, 2006, but they divorced in November 2007. In 2009, she became engaged to Australian tennis player Mark Philippoussis, but they separated in 2010.
In May 2014, Esposito announced her engagement to British model Louis Dowler. They got married on November 16, 2014, in New York City. However, in March 2016, it was reported that Esposito had filed for divorce from Dowler. In 2020, Jennifer Esposito married Jesper Vesterstrøm.
