Jeremy Kemp (born 3 February 1935 – died 19 July 2019) was a talented English actor. He was famous for his important roles in TV shows like Z-Cars and miniseries such as The Winds of War. He also starred in movies like The Blue Max.

Jeremy Kemp was born on 3 February 1935 in Chesterfield, England. He went to Abbotsholme School in Staffordshire. After school, he decided to study acting. He trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
Acting Career
Jeremy Kemp began his acting career in 1958. He joined the Radio Drama Company after winning a special award. One of his first big roles was playing PC Bob Steele in the TV series Z-Cars. He was part of the original cast.
Famous TV Roles
Kemp appeared in many popular TV shows. These included Colditz and Space: 1999. He also had roles in American series like Hart to Hart and The Greatest American Hero. Later, he appeared in The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Star Trek: The Next Generation.
He was well-known for his part as Brigadier General Armin Von Roon. This was in the important miniseries The Winds of War and War and Remembrance. He also played King Leontes in a BBC TV show of The Winter's Tale.
