James Edward "Jimmy" Fitzmorris, Jr. (born November 15, 1921 – died June 30, 2021) was an important American businessman and leader. He was a member of the Democratic Party. He served as the Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana from 1972 to 1980. He was the first person to hold this job full-time in Louisiana's history.
