Jinx is a British comedy TV show made for children. It's based on the 'Lulu Baker' book series by Fiona Dunbar. The first season started on October 31, 2009, on CBBC. It finished its first run on January 23, 2010.
The show is all about Lulu Baker, a teenager with a secret talent: she can cook magic spells! But her fairy godmother, Cookie, often makes things go a bit wrong. The first season was made by Kindle Entertainment. It was filmed in BBC Manchester studios and Oxford Road Studios.

About the Show
The story follows Lulu Rose Katherine Baker. Her dad has just married again, and Lulu thinks her new stepmother is the worst. Luckily, her fairy godmother, Cookie, shows up to help.
Lulu and Cookie try to use spells for good. But most of the time, things don't go as planned. This is usually because Cookie isn't very good at magic!
