Joan Constance Bartels (born May 21, 1953) is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. She is well-known for creating music for children. Her album, Lullaby Magic, was very popular and sold over 500,000 copies in the United States! This earned it a "gold" certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. Joanie Bartels later moved to New Zealand.
