Joe Bizera started his football journey in Uruguay. He played for Peñarol from 1999 to 2005. During his time there, he played in 120 games and scored 11 goals.
Playing in Europe
After his time in Uruguay, Joe Bizera moved to Europe. He joined Cagliari, a team in Italy, where he played from 2005 to 2008. He played 35 matches for them. In January 2008, he went on loan to Maccabi Tel Aviv F.C. in Israel. He played 16 games and scored 2 goals during this loan. Later that year, he signed with PAOK FC in Greece, playing 20 matches.
More Teams and Return to Uruguay
