John George Kovatch, Jr. (born July 21, 1920 – died August 18, 2012) was an American football player. He played as an "end" in the National Football League (NFL). He played for two teams: the Washington Redskins and the Green Bay Packers. John was born in South Bend, Indiana. He also played college football at the University of Notre Dame.
