John Haymes Newton was born on December 29, 1965. He is an American former actor. John Newton is famous for his roles in TV shows. He played Clark Kent in the first season of Superboy. He also played Ryan McBride in the TV drama Melrose Place. Today, he focuses on practices that help people feel better and have more energy.
