John Stourton, 9th Baron Stourton (born in 1553, died in 1588) was an important person in English history. He was the older son of Charles Stourton, 8th Baron Stourton. His mother was Anne Stanley, whose father was Edward Stanley, 3rd Earl of Derby. When John was very young, his father faced serious legal issues. Even so, John inherited his father's title and lands.

After John Stourton passed away in 1588, his brother, Edward Stourton, 10th Baron Stourton, took over the title and became the next Baron Stourton.
