The Story of John and Julie
This movie is about two kids, John (played by Colin Gibson) and Julie (played by Lesley Dudley). They live in a place called Dorset. They really, really want to see the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II! A coronation is a special ceremony where a new king or queen officially takes their place.
Their Big Adventure to London
John and Julie's parents don't plan to go to the coronation in London. But the kids have a different idea! When they are left alone, they decide to run away. Their plan is to go to London to find John's 'Uncle Ben.' They believe he "knows the queen," so he can help them see the big event.
Meeting New Friends on the Way
As John and Julie travel towards London, they meet many interesting and sometimes funny people. These new friends help them on their journey. Will they make it to London in time to see the Queen's procession? You'll have to watch to find out!
