Amuilka Joy (Joice) Maduaka is a super-fast British athlete. She was born on September 30, 1973. Joice is famous for running in track and field events. She competes in the 100 metres, 200 metres, and sometimes the 400 metres races.

Joice Maduaka's Athletics Journey
Early Career and First Medals
Joice Maduaka started making a name for herself in athletics. In 1995, she finished third in the 200 metres race. This was at the AAA Championships.
Her big breakthrough came in 1998. Joice became the British 100 metres champion. She won the AAA Championships title that year. Later in September 1998, she represented England. She won a bronze medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This medal was for the 4 x 100 metres relay race.
Winning More Titles and Olympic Dreams
In 1999, Joice had a fantastic year. She won both the 100 and 200 metres titles. These wins were at the 1999 AAA Championships. Because of her great performance, she was chosen for the Great Britain team. She competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia.
Joice continued her winning streak in 2002. She won the 100 metres AAA title again. She also made her second appearance at the Commonwealth Games. She represented England at the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. There, she earned another bronze medal in the 4 x 100 metres relay.
