When Jonathan was two years old, he started to become very quiet. At age three, doctors diagnosed him with autism. Autism is a condition that affects how a person communicates and interacts with others.
Jonathan's special artistic talent appeared when he was 10 years old. He started drawing faces using charcoal. These faces were of people he knew and also people he imagined. In 1999, when he was just 12, he had his very own art show. This show was at the KS Art gallery in New York City.
