Adebowale Aderinto Jordan Adebayo-Smith (born January 11, 2001) is an American professional soccer player. He plays as a forward for Minnesota United FC in Major League Soccer. He has also played for teams like Sutton United and Lincoln City. He spent time on loan with several other clubs.
Jordan was born in the United States. He can also play for the national teams of Nigeria or England.

Jordan's Soccer Journey
Jordan Adebayo-Smith started his soccer journey at the EastSoccerBase organization in South East London. He tried out for teams like Cambridge United and Watford.
Joining Lincoln City
In August 2018, Jordan joined Lincoln City on a two-year scholarship. This happened after he played well in a trial game. He scored a goal against Derby County under-23 in a friendly match.
He became well-known after scoring three goals for Lincoln in an FA Youth Cup game. He also scored in another cup match. Jordan made his first professional appearance for Lincoln City in December 2018. He played in an EFL Trophy game against Accrington Stanley. Later that month, he was recognized as one of the top young soccer apprentices.
Playing on Loan
Jordan often played for other teams on a temporary basis, which is called a loan. This helped him get more playing experience.
- Grantham Town: In February 2019, Jordan joined Grantham Town on loan. He made a great start, scoring two goals in his first game. He played 13 games for them and scored four goals.
- Boston United: In August 2019, he moved to Boston United for a short loan. He scored one goal for this club.
- Gainsborough Trinity: On January 1, 2020, Jordan went on loan to Gainsborough Trinity. However, his loan ended early because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The soccer season was stopped. He played 7 games for them and scored 3 goals.
In October 2020, Jordan left Lincoln City by agreement.
Moving to Sutton United
Jordan joined Sutton United in November 2020. He left the club in March 2021 to play soccer in the United States.
Playing for Tampa Bay Rowdies
On March 5, 2021, Jordan joined the USL Championship team Tampa Bay Rowdies. He made his first appearance for the Rowdies in May 2021.
Loan to New York Red Bulls II
In February 2022, the Rowdies sent Jordan on loan to New York Red Bulls II. He scored his first goal for them in March 2022.
