Joseph Attieh (Arabic: جوزيف عطية) is a famous singer from Lebanon. He was born on May 14, 1987. Joseph became well-known when he won the third season of the TV show Star Academy in the Arab world in 2005. He is especially famous for his song "Lebnan rah Yerjaa," which means "Lebanon Will Return."

Joseph Attieh made history in 2005. He was the very first Lebanese artist to win the popular TV show Star Academy. This was a huge step for his music career!
Early Songs and Success
In 2006, Joseph released his first song called "La Trouhy" (Don't Go). He also made a music video for it. This song quickly became a big hit. It was a best-seller in Lebanon and many other countries in the Middle East.
He then released his second song, "Nahle" (The Bee), in 2007. Later, he sang "Habeit Oyounak" (I Love Your Eyes) during the finals of Star Academy season five. This song also became a music video.
Patriotic Hits and First Album
In April 2008, Joseph released a very special song. It was a patriotic song called "El Haq Ma Beymout" or "Lebnan Rah Yerjaa." This song became his biggest hit! It was so popular that he won an award for it. In 2009, he received the first Murex d'Or award for "Best Patriotic Song of the Year."
After that, he released another song called "Law Gharrabouha." Then, he sang his first Egyptian song, "Lina Rab." This song was used as the main theme for an Egyptian movie.
In February 2010, Joseph released his first full music album. It was named "Mawhoum." The album had seven new songs. Some of these songs were "Habibi El Gharam," "Teeb El Shouq," and "Mawhoum." Joseph even directed the music videos for some of these songs himself!
At the end of 2010, he released two more songs with music videos. These were "Kel El Den," which is a wedding song, and "Bawastik." Joseph was also nominated for an "MTV Music Award" as the best young male Arab artist.

In August 2012, Joseph released his second album. It was called "Chou Btaemel Bel Nass." This album had nine new songs. He launched it with a big concert in Beirut.
In June 2013, he won his second Murex d'Or award. This time, it was for "Best Album" for "Chou Btaemel Bel Nass."
In March 2015, Joseph released his third album, "Hobb W Mkattar." This album featured many songs, including "Min Jdid" and "Eiwiha."
In November 2017, he released his fourth album, "JA4" or "Al Aghani Li Amelta Elik." This album had even more songs, like "Tghayyari" and "Ghalta Tani."
