On July 15, 1865, Joseph married Elizabeth 'Betsey' Pinson. They had five children together. After they got married, Joseph and Elizabeth lived on Goldthorn Hill in Wolverhampton. His brother John and his family lived nearby. Joseph Jones passed away in Wolverhampton on September 12, 1912.
