Life and Career of a Music Expert

José de Eusebio first learned to play the piano and conduct music in Spain. He also took special classes at famous music schools in places like Hungary and Austria. Some of his teachers were very well-known musicians. He even studied in the United States as a special scholar.

From 1997 to 2002, he was the music director for a group called Sax-Ensemble. He has also been a guest conductor for many of Spain's biggest orchestras. These include the Spanish National Orchestra and the Madrid Symphony Orchestra. He has led orchestras all over Europe, North and South America, and Asia.

He led the very first full performance of Merlin on stage in 2003 in Madrid. His earlier recording of Merlin won a Latin Grammy Award in 2001 for Best Classical Recording. His recording of Pepita Jiménez was also nominated for a Grammy Award in 2007. In 2009, he conducted the first performance of Henry Clifford with its original English words.

He was also the only Spanish classical musician to perform at a special concert in Los Angeles in 2001. This concert, called "America: A Tribute to Heroes," honored people after a big event in the United States.
