Juan Vidal is an actor from the Dominican Republic. He was born on February 12, 1977, in Santo Domingo. He is now based in Mexico. Juan Vidal is well-known for his many roles in television shows.
He first became famous in his home country. This happened after he won the Mister Dominican Republic contest in 1995. After that, he took part in the Mister World competition in Turkey. He then studied acting and drama at the Centro de Educación Artística in Mexico. This school is part of Televisa.

Juan Vidal's Acting Journey
Juan Vidal started his acting career in the United States. He appeared in the CBS TV series The Guiding Light. In 1999, he moved to Mexico. There, he became very popular. He acted in many telenovelas (Spanish-language soap operas) for Televisión Azteca.
Most of his acting work has been in Mexico. However, he has also performed in theater plays. These plays were in the United States and the Dominican Republic. Juan Vidal is special because he was the only actor from TV Azteca to win an award at the TVyNovelas Awards. This is a very important award show for TV in Mexico. He does not have an exclusive contract with TV Azteca anymore.
