Juanita Reina (born Juana Reina Castrillo; August 25, 1925 – March 19, 1999) was a famous Spanish singer and actress. She was known as "La Reina de la Copla," which means "The Queen of Copla." Copla is a traditional Spanish style of music.

Juanita Reina was born in Seville, a beautiful city in southern Spain. She grew up in the Macarena neighborhood. From a young age, she loved music and performing. She studied at a special academy run by Enrique el Cojo, a famous flamenco artist. This training helped her become a talented performer.

Becoming a Star
