Jules Archer facts for kids
Jules Archer (born January 27, 1915 – died November 13, 2008) was an American author. He wrote many non-fiction history books for both general readers and young adults. His books often explored important moments in history and the lives of famous people.
Archer grew up in New York City. He went to DeWitt Clinton High School and then the College of the City of New York. There, he studied advertising.
A Writer's Journey
Jules Archer served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He spent four years in the Pacific region during the war. After the war, he became a full-time writer.
