Julia Crick's Education and Early Career
Julia Crick studied at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge. In 1985, she finished her studies in Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic history.
She started her career at Gonville and Caius as a tutor and Fellow. A tutor helps students learn, and a Fellow is a senior member of a college.
Working at the University of Exeter
In 1992, Julia Crick joined the University of Exeter. She worked there as a lecturer in history and archaeology. She was promoted to senior lecturer in 2001. Later, in 2007, she became an associate professor. She still has a connection with the University of Exeter as an honorary fellow.
Moving to King's College London
