Juliana is also a member of the Selangor royal family through her marriage. She is married to Tengku Shariffuddin Shah, who is the son of Tengku Sulaiman Shah. Early Life and Education

Juliana Evans was born in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. She is the youngest of three siblings. Her father is of British and American descent, and her mother is Malay.

When she was 15, Juliana showed her athletic talent. She represented the state of Selangor in artistic gymnastics. This was part of a national sports event organized by the Malaysian School Sports Council.

Juliana studied at Sunway University in Malaysia. She took part in the American Degree Transfer Program. This program helped her prepare to continue her studies in the United States.

In 2012, Juliana went to Western Michigan University in the USA. She studied Film, Video, and Media. She graduated with honors in 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree of Arts. She was also recognized on the Dean's List for her excellent grades. After graduating, she took a four-week acting course. This course was at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.

Marriage and Family Life

On April 30, 2017, Juliana Evans married Tengku Shariffuddin Shah. He is a senior member of the Selangor royal family. At the time of their marriage, her husband was 10th in line to the throne of Selangor.

After her marriage, Juliana received the title Che Puan. This title is similar to "Lady" in English. It is given to a prince's wife who is not from a royal family herself. She is known as Yang Berbahagia, which means The Honourable.

Juliana and Tengku Shariffuddin Shah have two daughters. Their first daughter, Tengku Kamiliah Zanariah Ruby Ehsan Putri, was born on July 13, 2019. Their second daughter, Tengku Saidatul'Ihsan Zabedah Fauziah Putri, was born on June 17, 2023.
