Julián Elías Gil Beltrán (born June 13, 1970) is a famous actor, model, and TV host from Argentina. He is well-known for his work in Spanish-language television shows, called telenovelas. Although he was born in Argentina, he grew up in Puerto Rico and considers it his home.

Personal Life
Julián Gil was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and also lived in Venezuela for a while. When he was young, his family moved to Puerto Rico, where he grew up. He has two sisters named Lorena and Patricia.
Julián is a father to three children. He has a daughter named Nicolle and a son named Jules from his marriage to Brenda Torres. He also has a younger son named Matías, who was born in 2017 from his relationship with actress Marjorie De Sousa.
Acting Career
Julián began his career in entertainment when he was 20 years old. He started by hosting his own TV shows, like Apartamento 52. Over the years, he has worked with major television networks like Telemundo, Univisión, and Televisa.
Rise to Fame in Telenovelas
In 2006, Julián acted in the Venezuelan telenovela Por todo lo alto. His role as a character nicknamed "Halcón" (which means "Falcon" in Spanish) made him famous in many countries. The next year, he appeared in the popular show Acorralada as the character Pancholón.
From 2007 to 2011, he was a judge on the beauty pageant show Nuestra Belleza Latina, alongside the famous coach Osmel Sousa.
Playing Heroes and Villains
In 2008, Julián played his first role as a villain in the telenovela Amor comprado. That same year, he also got his first leading role as the main character in the show Los Barriga, where he starred with actress Claudia Bérninzon.
He continued to take on important roles in major telenovelas. In 2009, he was in the hit show Sortilegio. He then starred in the Spanish series Valientes. His work in these shows earned him a Califa de Oro award for Best Actor.
Some of his other famous roles include playing the villain Leonardo Arisméndi in Eva Luna (2010-2011) and Bruno Rey in La que no podía amar (2011-2012). He also starred as the main character in ¿Quién eres tú? in 2012.
Recent Work
From 2014 to 2015, Julián played the villain Patricio Iturbide in the telenovela Hasta el fin del mundo. In 2016, he was one of the main actors in Sueño de amor. More recently, he starred as Carlos Ibarra in the legal drama Por amar sin ley from 2018 to 2019.
In addition to acting, Julián became a host of the popular sports show República Deportiva in 2015, replacing the show's longtime host.
Awards and Recognition
Julián Gil has been recognized many times for his acting talent. He has won several awards and has been nominated for many more.
- In 2010, he won a Premios People en Español award for his role in the telenovela Sortilegio.
