Jun Sonoda was born on January 23, 1989, in Shizuoka, Japan. He grew up loving football and became a professional player. He played for several teams during his career.

Early Career and First Club

Jun Sonoda started his youth career playing for Tokoha University Tachibana High School from 2004 to 2006. This is where he developed his skills.

In 2007, he joined his first professional team, Kawasaki Frontale. This team plays in the J1 League, which is the top football league in Japan. He stayed with Kawasaki Frontale until 2013.
