Just Ask for Diamond, also known as Diamond's Edge, is a British comedy and crime film from 1988. It was directed by Stephen Bayly. The movie stars Colin Dale, Saeed Jaffrey, and Dursley McLinden. This film is based on a book called The Falcon's Malteser (1986). This book is the first in The Diamond Brothers series, written by Anthony Horowitz.

About the Movie's Story
The film follows two brothers, Nick and Tim Diamond. They are hired to look after a simple box of chocolates. But soon, many different people start chasing them, all wanting to get their hands on the box.
The Diamond Brothers' Adventure
Nick Simple Diamond is often the clever one, while his older brother, Herbert Simple, also known as Tim Diamond, is a detective. Their adventure begins when a mysterious person gives them a secret package. Suddenly, many tricky characters from all over England are after Tim and Nick, all because of this one package.
The brothers can't resist their curiosity. They open the secret package, only to find it's just a box of chocolate maltesers! However, these aren't ordinary chocolates. They once belonged to a famous person known as "The Falcon." This box holds a secret clue to a very valuable treasure.
A Tricky Mystery Unfolds
Things get even more complicated when the mysterious person who gave them the package disappears. Tim is even suspected of being involved! Nick and Tim find themselves in a lot of trouble. They meet police inspectors and face threats from various groups.
The brothers are chased, get into difficult situations, and find themselves in unexpected places. If so many people are after a small box of chocolates, it must mean there's a big mystery to solve. This case seems perfect for detective Tim Diamond. But will he need his younger brother Nick's smart ideas to crack the case? Together, the Diamond Brothers must work to solve a crime that is much tougher than they first thought!
