Kamet facts for kids
Kamet is a 7,756 metres (25,446 ft) mountain in the Himalayas range, in India. It is the 29th highest mountain in the world. The first people to reach the top were Frank Smythe, Eric Shipton, R.L. Holdsworth, and Lewa Sherpa, in 1931.
