Karim Abdel Aziz (Arabic: كريم عبد العزيز) was born on August 17, 1975. He is a well-known Egyptian actor and director. He comes from a family deeply involved in movies. His father, Mohammad Abdul Aziz, is a famous director. His uncle, Omar Abdel Aziz, is also a film director. Karim started acting when he was very young. His first movie was "Beware, Gentlemen," directed by his father. He also appeared in "Some Go to the Authorized Representative Twice" and "The Suspect" as a child.
Early Life and Career Beginnings
Karim Abdel Aziz was born on August 17, 1975, in Agouza, Giza, Egypt. He grew up in a family connected to the film industry. His father, Mohamed Abd El Aziz, was a respected director. His mother worked at a cultural center. This background helped Karim become familiar with the world of acting.
He went to a French school called Collège De La Salle in Cairo. After finishing school, Karim joined the High Institute of Cinema in 1994. He studied directing and graduated in 1997. For a short time, he worked as an assistant director. However, he soon realized he preferred being in front of the camera.
Karim decided to become an actor instead of a director. His big chance came when director Sherif Arafa gave him a role. Later, actress Samira Ahmed chose him for a TV show called "Emraa mn zaman el hob." This role truly launched his career. People noticed his talent and great sense of humor. Soon, he started getting many offers. He then got his first main role in the movie "Leeh khalletny ahebbak." He starred alongside Mona Zaki, Hala Shiha, and Ahmed Helmy.
