Karim Hafez Ramadan Seifeldin (كَرِيم حَافِظ رَمَضَان سَيْف الدِّين; born March 12, 1996) is an Egyptian professional footballer. He plays as a left-back for Egyptian Premier League club Pyramids. Karim also plays for the Egyptian national team.

Playing for Clubs
Karim Hafez started his top-level football career in Belgium. He made his first appearance for Lierse S.K. on August 30, 2014. This was an away game against Waasland-Beveren.
First Goal and Team Play
On September 20, 2014, Karim scored his first league goal. This happened in a game against K.V.C. Westerlo. He continued to be a key player for Lierse. He scored three goals in the Jupiler Pro League. Even with his great play, his club was moved down to a lower league.
Moving to Other Teams
Because of his strong performances, Karim was called to play for the Egyptian national team. He made his first appearance for Egypt in June 2015. This was in a friendly match against Malawi.
Karim later played for the French club RC Lens. He joined them on loan from Lierse. On August 29, 2018, he was loaned to the Turkish club İstanbul Başakşehir. This loan was for one season.
Playing for His Country
In May 2018, Karim Hafez was chosen for Egypt's first team list. This was for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. However, he was not picked for the final team that went to the World Cup. He continues to be a part of the Egyptian national team.
