Karol Kłos (born August 8, 1989) is a famous Polish professional volleyball player. He plays as a middle blocker, which is a key position in volleyball. Currently, he plays for Asseco Resovia. Karol was also a very important member of the Poland national team for many years. He even played in the Olympic Games at Rio 2016 and helped his team become World Champions in 2014!

Karol Kłos was born in Warsaw, Poland. He went to school at the Miguel de Cervantes Liceum in Warsaw. On July 15, 2017, he got married to Aleksandra Dudzicka.

Playing for Clubs

Karol Kłos joined the Skra Bełchatów volleyball club in 2010. He played there for many years.

In 2014, his team, Skra Bełchatów, won the Polish Championship. This was his second time winning this important national title. Later that year, on October 8, 2014, his team also won the Polish SuperCup.

In 2016, Karol Kłos and PGE Skra Bełchatów won the Polish Cup. They beat ZAKSA in the final match. In April 2016, his team also earned a bronze medal in the Polish Championship.

Playing for the National Team

Karol Kłos was a big part of the Polish national team. On September 21, 2014, he helped his team win the title of World Champion. This was a huge achievement for Poland! Karol also received a special award for being the Best Middle Blocker in that tournament.

After winning the World Championship, on October 27, 2014, Karol Kłos received a special award from the Polish President, Bronisław Komorowski. It was called the Gold Cross of Merit, given for his amazing sports achievements and for promoting Poland around the world.

In April 2015, Karol was chosen to be the new captain of the national team.
