Early Life and Education
Katharina Nahlik grew up in Vienna, the capital city of Austria. She lived in the Mariahilf area. She went to the Vienna Bilingual School. When she was 15, she spent a year studying in Malaysia. After high school, she attended BOKU University in Vienna. There, she studied environmental engineering.
Modeling Career
Katharina's career in modeling began in 2014. That year, she won the title of Miss Vienna. Since then, she has worked as a model around the world.
Personal Life
In 2019, Katharina Nahlik married Shilo Mazepa. He was a diplomat from the United States. Their wedding took place in Spoleto, Italy. Amina Dagi, who had competed in Miss Universe, was her bridesmaid. Later in 2019, the couple moved to Washington D.C.. They separated in 2021.
Katharina later became engaged to plastic surgeon Dr. Leonard Hochstein in July 2023. However, their engagement ended in September 2024. Dr. Hochstein proposed to her again in December 2024.
