Early Life and Career
Kathie Nukon's father owned a trading post in Old Crow. A trading post is like a store where people trade goods. She went to school in Whitehorse to become a nursing assistant. A nursing assistant helps nurses care for patients. However, she mostly worked as an office manager and bookkeeper. She did this in her father's store before she became a politician.
Political Journey
