Kayla Grey's Career in Sports Media
Kayla Grey started her journey in broadcasting after studying at Toronto's College of Sports Media. Her first job was in Winnipeg. She worked as a Digital Broadcast Journalist for Global News. Later, she moved to Prince Rupert, British Columbia. There, she became a senior reporter for CFTK-TV news.
Joining TSN and Making History
In 2015, Kayla joined TSN. She started as an on-air update anchor and radio producer for TSN 1050. By 2017, she became an anchor and reporter for TSN. On January 19, 2018, Kayla made history. She became the first Black woman to host a main sports highlight show in Canada. This show was Sportscentre.

Kayla often appears on TSN Radio. She covers the Toronto Raptors basketball team. She also gives sports updates on CTV’s Your Morning show. In 2019, Kayla reported on a huge event.
