Kazuhiro Koso (高祖 和弘, Koso Kazuhiro, born March 6, 1959) is a Japanese former football player and manager. He was a talented goalkeeper who played for Matsushita Electric. After his playing days, he became a coach and later managed a professional team.

Kazuhiro Koso's Football Journey
Kazuhiro Koso was born in Saga, Japan, on March 6, 1959. He loved football from a young age. After finishing his studies at Tenri University, he joined a football club called Matsushita Electric in 1981. This team is now known as Gamba Osaka. Koso played as a goalkeeper for Matsushita Electric for ten years. He retired from playing football in 1991.
Playing as a Goalkeeper
As a goalkeeper, Koso was a key part of his team. He helped Matsushita Electric win the Emperor's Cup in 1990. This was a big achievement for him and his team.
Coaching and Managing Teams
Even before he stopped playing, Kazuhiro Koso started his coaching career. In 1990, he became the goalkeeper coach for Matsushita Electric. He continued coaching goalkeepers until 1997.
Becoming a Manager
In 2000, Koso took on a new challenge. He became the manager for Sagan Tosu, a football club from his hometown. He led the team for two years, until 2001. As a manager, he was in charge of the whole team. He made decisions about players and strategies. During his time as manager, Sagan Tosu played 84 games. They won 25 of those games.
