Keita Isozaki was born on November 17, 1980, in Odawara, Japan. He started playing football at a young age. His journey in professional football began in the late 1990s.

Early Career and First Steps

Keita Isozaki joined the youth team of Bellmare Hiratsuka in 1996. He played there until 1998, learning important skills. In 1999, he officially joined the senior team, which was then called Bellmare Hiratsuka. He played in the J1 League, Japan's top football division. The next year, the team became Shonan Bellmare, and he played in the J2 League.

Playing in J2 League

From 2001 to 2004, Keita Isozaki played for Mito HollyHock. This team was also in the J2 League. He played many games for them, showing his skills as a defender.
