Kellita Smith was born on January 15, 1969. She is an American actress, model, and comedian. Many people know her best for playing Wanda McCullough, who was Bernie Mac's wife on the TV show The Bernie Mac Show. This popular show was on the Fox channel.

Kellita Smith's Life and Career
Kellita Smith was born in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up in Oakland, California. She went to Santa Rosa Junior College and earned a degree in political science.
In her early career, Kellita worked as a model. She then started acting on stage in plays. She performed in many shows in Los Angeles. For one play called Feelings, she won an NAACP Theatre Award in 1996. This award was for being the Best Supporting Actress. She was also nominated for another NAACP Theatre Award for her role in The Thirteenth Thorn.
Kellita started acting on television in an episode of In Living Color. She later appeared in other TV shows like Living Single, Moesha, and NYPD Blue. She had regular roles in shows such as Martin and Sister, Sister. From 1997 to 1999, she was a co-star on The Jamie Foxx Show.
In 2001, Kellita Smith got a big role alongside Bernie Mac in The Bernie Mac Show. The show was very successful and ran for five seasons until 2006. For her role as Wanda McCullough, Kellita was nominated four times for an NAACP Image Award. She also acted in movies like Hair Show (2004), Roll Bounce, and King's Ransom.
In 2012, Kellita returned to TV in the show The First Family. She played First Lady Katherine Johnson. In 2014, she joined the cast of the Syfy series Z Nation. In this show, she played Roberta Warren, a character in a world after a big disaster. She even appeared as Roberta Warren in Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! in 2015. Since 2015, Kellita has also been a part of the sitcom In the Cut, playing the character Cheryl.
