Kenneth Darnel Norman (born September 5, 1964) is a former professional basketball player from the United States. He was a great player for the Illinois Fighting Illini college team. After college, he was chosen by the Los Angeles Clippers in the 1987 NBA draft. Ken was also named to the "Illinois Men's Basketball All-Century Team" in 2004. When he was young, playing basketball in Chicago, he got the nickname "Snake." He kept this nickname throughout his college and professional career.

Ken Norman's NBA Career
Playing for the Los Angeles Clippers
Ken Norman, who is 6 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds, played for the Los Angeles Clippers for six seasons. His best year with the Clippers was during the 1988–89 NBA season. In that season, he scored an average of 18.1 points per game. He also grabbed 8.3 rebounds and made 3.5 assists per game. He played in 80 games that year. Ken was part of the Clippers team when they made it to the play-offs for the first time in Los Angeles in 1992.
Time with the Milwaukee Bucks
In 1993, Ken joined the Milwaukee Bucks as a free agent. This means he could choose which team to play for. He played in all 82 games for the Bucks that season. He averaged 11.9 points per game during his time there.
Joining the Atlanta Hawks
After one season with the Bucks, Ken was traded to the Atlanta Hawks. A trade means he moved to a new team. He played 74 games for the Hawks and averaged 12.7 points per game.
