Kenichi Ego was born in Hyogo, Japan, on June 7, 1979. He loved playing football from a young age. After finishing his studies at Juntendo University, he started his professional career.
Starting His Professional Career
In 2002, Kenichi Ego joined Ventforet Kofu. This team played in the J2 League, which is one of Japan's professional football leagues. He made his first appearance on July 10, 2002. He came into the game as a substitute midfielder. That was the only match he played for Ventforet Kofu that year.
Playing for SC Tottori
In 2003, Kenichi Ego moved to SC Tottori. This club was part of the Japan Football League. Here, he became a very important player for the team. He played in many games over the next three seasons. He was a regular player, meaning he was often in the starting lineup.
